Design features. Hydraulic rod end with internally threaded connector for heavy performance, relubricated by way of a grease lubricator in the terminal and through the pivot. The body is made of C45 steel cut. From 90º diameter is cut from rounded cast iron. Bearing according to DIN 648, E serie, fixed at the head with rings. With grease nipple. Field of application. particularly recommended for hydraulic cylinders, where design allows maximum stroke length with minimum closed centers. |

Design features. Hydraulic rod end with connector having a longer internal thread than that of the TAPR…N and TAPR…U series. Designed with a threaded location system given that the connector is groove, an be relubricated through a grease lubricator in the end through the pivot. This type was designed in accordance with regulation DIN 24338 for assembly on to hydraulic cylinders. The internal ring is characterized by cylindrical extension on all sides so that the diameter of the bore corresponds with the width of the ring. The body is made from C45 steel cut. From diameter 70º is made from rounded cast iron. Field of application. for cylinders made in accordance with CETOP RP 58 H, DIN 24333, DIN 24336, ISO 6020/1 and ISO 6022; can be used also for the other types. |

According to DIN 24555, the body is made in C45 steel cut from diam. 12 to diam. 50. From diam. 60 to diam. 100 is cut from rounded cast-iron. Spherical plain bearings according to DIN 648 E shape (ISO 6124/1, E serie). The connector is grooved so as to produce a locking device with two hexagonal screws according to DIN 912. Field of application. these are recommended for 160 bar hydraulic cylinders according to DIN 24554-ISO 6020/2. |
